It's true- I have little to offer...except my humble opinion.
I didn't have any preconceived notions about "Only Love", since I heard it and "Motoring" in the same listening session. The first time I heard it, I thought it was intentionally an instrumental. It was only after a few listenings that it dawned on me that it was a ''demo''.
I LOVE this song! I suppose it could use more vocals, but I look at it from a "Relentless" point of view. It may not be a mega-pop hit, but if the some of the rhythymns and sounds were pumped up a bit here, separated a bit there, it would be just as good (if not better) than some of the Relentless tracks.
I just hope it gets released in some form or another. I'm afraid that it may go the way another brilliant track (For All Of Us) went. For All Of Us could've/should've been a single, without a doubt.
As for "Motoring", I have to agree with a previous post (from joncool5); it just seems to go all over the place without any focus. I read somewhere that Neal & Chris didn't think too much of it either after they recorded it. Oh well. Not all experiments are successes, are they?
And by the way, it's GREAT to be back after such a long absence in the Neutral Zone. LOVOK IS BACK!!!
