Just to let you all know. I have just been on to the TOL festival organisers and those of us that have paid £65 for tickets are not even getting the up close tickets. Block A is in front of Block B, it is reserved for corporate and has 20 rows!!!!! I paid £135 for 2 tickets as i assumed it would be close and now they have a corporate block, not good! We should have got first take on tickets.

I'd guessed that there was probably some kind of whoreperate deal going on with Block A which would explain why the best seats available from seetickets were in Block B. But at £65 a pop, and even the seats on Block D costing £35, they can hardly claim that the whores are subsidising the event. And there will of course be advertising at the event as well. Oh the days when the boys used to get angry at such things.....
I just hope the people in Block B Row B aren't planning on sitting down through the show. I remember one of the evenings we saw the Savoy show and we were dancing so much that we nearly got thrown out because the people behind us couldn't see.
Hopefully the forest gig will be slightly more ravey
. Once all the picnic things have been cleared away.

Nothing gets me more angry than people getting freebies cos most of them don't really care. This i found to be the case at Barfly as there were some people who weren't even fans!! The Corporate seating should have been to the side or preferably at the back.Nightlife wrote:joncool5 wrote:Got block B, row c tickets. Ooooh your in the cheap seats as well then i see..?

Everyone likes something for nothing....
The Barfly was a lottery darling...

Grrrrrr, these London types and free tickets
So conformist, whatever happened to the Potemkin message. I don't do scales, they are so unnecessary. If i did I'd say 4.9. When I tell my girlfriend that there are rows of corporate seating in front of us, I might have lost my one chance of having kids....Ooh, nevermind.

Why do things never run smoothly in the world of PSB? I phoned both the ticketline and See tickets at 9.00am to be told that the tickets weren't on sale until NEXT Thursday! Luckily, after years of following PSB I didn't believe them and kept trying until I purchased said ticket!
Not overhappy about the extortionate price though, nor the fact that Block A is totally "corporate hospitality".
Oh well...PSB will be playing to front rows full of bloated beer swilling corporate buffoons in pin-striped sooo-yooots who have absolutely NO interest in them as a band WHATSOVER..... Let's all dance on their posh bloody tables!
Grrooooo.
