I just put mine on my iPod and play that. I also burn a copy to CD for backup plays anyway. Buying two copies of a limited release most fans can't find a first copy of is just greedy.

as long as the mixes will be unique in CD-quality, I will buy one - rip the waves (for later use) and going to seal the disc again for the collection
From what I see on the 1-track promo (which isn't copy controlled), the 6-track also comes out without any copy protection.

Maybe issue as many as 10000 of a specific commercial release like with Very Relentless, but to say 500 would mean all the die-hards would be in HMV and the likes the moment of its release (unless it was pre-order only)!
