Official site Fundamental buying - Disappointed!

That recordstore company (linked to Official site) is quite bad in operation. I once ordered 2 same DVDs of Robbie from it before... and it just delivered 1 DVD but deducting 2 DVD prices! I live in Hong Kong and I kept sending email to follow... Luckily, I could get the other DVD at last.
The other time, I ordered the PSB Signed CD (PopArt) and PSB CD Singles (Miracles)...
They sent us all these items to me. But it also sent a big Vinyl album of Miracles to me that I didn't pay for it! I sent email to recordstore again and said I don't want to waste money to send it back and it is quite big.. the delivery charge will be high.... At last, it let me to keep the Vinyl album.

Anyway, I think it is quite slow in operation and always makes mistake. I won't buy things from there again, unless it sells some exclusive CDs or DVDs (e.g. signed CDs) next time!

CD wow baby gets here on time every time unlike HMV
