I liked Astronaut- at least there was a range of styles on there. RCM is just one lonnnng (boring) track as far as I am concerned.

There are so many other bands that should have remained in hibernation years ago, but they don't seem to go away. Duran Duran at least change and evolve, then there are artists like Justin Timberlake & Britney that are like roaches that you spray with Raid and they won't go away.

No it was not their finest at all. It marked the end of the original lineup. Simon's voice was all squeeky at the time.

Neil has had a load of issues live, his voice is not strong or loud enough as it is.

Yes it was, has nothing to do with the fact that his voice squeeked at the end of A view to a kill

Simon has never really been known for flawless performances. He's fell over 3 times on stage that I have witnessed! Once he fell over a speaker, once he tripped over a wire and then the final time he fell off the end of a ramp whilst looking down at my friend and I who were dancing drunkenly on the front row.

He also regularly forgets the words, and on one memorable occasion introduced everyone in the band but forgot to mention Andy Taylor.

Some of their 80's were great, but once they released The Wedding Album that was it. Didn't like it at all and luckily never heard of them again. IMO they are done in America.

Reminds me of DM with their Songs of Faith and Devotion . However, they targeted/reached an alternative crowd, like my brother, who's a rocker dude. Plus Dave Gahan is still cute, but Simon, oh geez...
