Really, so you think it’s okay to just don’t care about copyright, you’re an idiot! I would like to steal some of your income, and just say bad luck!

This is what "remastered" means actually...here a comparison between the new digital release and the version on the Aurally CD. Once you match the volumes, they sond exactly the same to my ears...but you can see all the frequencies that were cropped on the new digital release, just to make it sound louder..and give the false sensation that it sound better, when it´s actually worst... :/

That's not frequencies being cropped - It's volume peaks.

Is it any coincidence that these mixes are released the same day as the HD updated video for Suburbia is released?

Yes, it's the dynamics being squashed in the new release. Pretty depressing actually.

Saw this on twitter - was thrilled.

Then I listened to it and realised there was a reason it wasn’t used in 1986.

Not the greatest.

You´re right , i should have said dynamic range, that´s what I was thinking about. Everything the "lodness war" has always been about...

orchestra hit overkill on these mixes imo...his mix of In the Night aside...or Planet Rock...never thought he was that great a producer....there at the beginning is what gives him his kudos...

Well it's a difficult song to remix... The Full Horror already has everything. If he'd decided to remix the album version of Suburbia I guess it would've fared better.
The remixes of the Introspective singles aren't top notch either. Hard to remix something that's already nine minutes long.

As I said, BS. They put out mixes and stuff on heaps of hard to come by formats and then ten years later, when all the original formats are out of stock, somebody puts some of the mixes on a few bootlegs for some people to enjoy. And you equate that to stealing. I'd rather call it preserving. I bet those bootlegs did more to enhance PSB career and get people to buy more records than anything else.

Err...no. I pretty much know the person who did the Aurally CD 1 and CD 2. This person actually handed to me a copy of each and had a box with them (if memory serves correct) that had a bunch of them in there. Also, if you look at the Discogs entry, it says U.S., not Russia. Fact checking always helps.

I've replied to one of your posts and I'll reply to this one. No, no, no. It was not Russian made. Those CDs may have made their way to Russian, but they were not made there. I have first hand knowledge of these CDs and who did them. Unless you know this person otherwise, don't throw your weight around saying that they were Russian made.

Ok, it ended up on a Russian site where you could illegally buy mp3 of it, but anyway it’s steal stealing other people’s work, however you look at it, you don’t own the copyright so not yours to distribute, and according to law you should be punished for it.

Ending up on a Russian bootleg site is not the same thing as what you claimed. You claimed that "Aurally is an Illegal Russian bootleg", hence giving the impression that Aurally was made in Russia, which it patently wasn't. A bit of due diligence in researching this release would have greatly benefited your post before making such claims.

Sterling Void mix if Its Alright is brilliant, Domino Dancing Base Mix is brilliant, Shep Pettibone Devices mix one of their best releases and one of the Always mixes is very good.

Suburbia dub mix...meh...hard to top the full horror agreed
