Nonetheless instrumentals
Re: Nonetheless instrumentals
Although it's wrong what this website is doing, let's not forget Google knowingly profits *massively* from this type of stuff also. The amount of ads I have to sit through to get my daily injection of What Keeps Mankind Alive? is really something.

Re: Nonetheless instrumentals
Yet to hear them, but I'm thankful people put the effort into getting these unreleased rarities out there.
For those concerned of pricing, often the initial stages of a leak do take payments to occur. Often it costs hundreds of dollars to trade an unreleased song or album, so the people who buy them whether it's a group or an individual then try to recoup the loss by then also selling it forward for a lesser amount. At some point in the outer rings it gets traded for free.
All you're arguing against is the freedom for people to listen to PSB's music.
It's already clarified that this compilation of instrumentals was intended for the Expanded Edition before they generously decided to do a b-side of demo versions instead. So this is a scrapped project that the leakers have been respectful in waiting to release.
If anything you could see this a promotional item towards the real Expanded Edition of Nonetheless.
Plus, it's only the hardcore dedicated fans that will get to listen or even be aware of this.
I can't imagine it's that different from the AI filtered instrumentals.
Really no harm is being done by having these tracks put out there.
Also that song has been officially released so I'm not sure what the issue is. Just buy the FL release of Introspective.

You need to realise, either it gets leaked here or we may potentially never hear it at all.Eleven wrote: Fri 18 Oct 2024, 11:02 am charging for unreleased material they somehow found or created via AI seems at least questionable.
If this were true it would be such a gift from the Boys to save those instrumentals for the next Annually or to give a code inside the new release to download. The record label should smash those periodics with legal stuff so they close their infamous charade.

Yeah, but those extensions aren't doing so out of the goodness of their heart, unfortunately. Incredibly invasive across all your browsing.
True. But I like to suffer for the privilege of listening to What Keeps Mankind Alive? Self-flagellation, I guess.DopeFiend wrote: Sun 20 Oct 2024, 3:06 am Also that song has been officially released so I'm not sure what the issue is. Just buy the FL release of Introspective.

In the meta data it says "CD >> Perfect (Lossless) [wav] >> Perfect (Lossless) [wav] >> Perfect (Lossless) [wav]"zukunft wrote: Fri 18 Oct 2024, 9:17 am Are these instrumental versions a digital only internal Parlophone release or is there a promo-CD / promo-CDr around somewhere?
Says the origin is CD.
The tracks are dated 20/12/2023. From Matt Colton at Metropolis London.

Re: Nonetheless instrumentals
These finally allowed me to create a version of A new bohemia that has the album production with the extra verse from the demo.
Tried to upload to Soundcloud but it rejects it unfortunately (I guess not surprisingly). Anyway, it’s fairly easy to do if you want to create your own.

Re: Nonetheless instrumentals
For some reason I can't get access to these instrumentals. My attempts to pay with VISA, Mastercard or PayPal all get rejected. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Nonetheless instrumentals
I had to report a problem with payment to Meta which somehow resolved it.

Is the only way to register through an existing Facebook account?
That's all I saw when I clicked on Create Account.

Re: Nonetheless instrumentals
Given I've no facebook account, anyone with instrumental files, I'd be delighted to be surprised with information. Thank you in advance.

Re: Nonetheless instrumentals
I cannot resist instrumentals but absolutely hate the AI generated ones, I find them unlistenable. So I reluctantly went for this. And they are wonderful. The price was different to advertised so I complained to Apple and they refunded me the lot!

Why would Apple refund you for something they aren’t even selling?dukeduvet wrote: Mon 21 Oct 2024, 12:22 pm I cannot resist instrumentals but absolutely hate the AI generated ones, I find them unlistenable.
