If I remember correctly they didn't have the most difficult teams to beat to get their but I am sure you will dispute that.

Yes I will watch on tv and not qualifying was hard for me but I am over it now as that is life. It is sport after all. Just because they did not qualify does not make them a bad team they just had a lot of injuries at the same time and the replacements were simply not up to scratch. You have to realise that during the last game against Croatia they had a completely reserve defence and attack. That is not an excuse but a fact. The defence in particular was simply not good enough against Croatia. Terry and Ferdinand are massive to England and without them they were always looking weak. The Croatians were good enough to exploit this. And without Rooney and Owen in attack they don't look dangerous. Crouch had a good game against Croatia but he is no Rooney. They still could have lost against Croatia, of course, but I would not have bet that way if they had a full side.

I fully agree. We should NEVER respect laws that violate universal human rights, unless the the convicted person did truly horrible things, like mass murder. For instance: I could fully understand the death penalty for Saddam Hussein, who's responsible for murdering thousands of people.

I do NOT understand penalties against people who name a teddybear Muhammed, I don't understand the penalty for a raped girl in Saudi-Arabia (rather than a penalty against the men who raped her). I also do not understand or respect the hanging of minors in Iran, who are confronted with false charges, so they can be punished to death, where the actual reason of that execution is them being gay.

I strongly believe that islam is a violent, rather than a peaceful religion. Islamic laws are barbaric, disrespect the rights of minorities and women and are extremely hypocrite.

It's pretty much why more and more people are turning on Muslims. Most Muslims don't commit crimes, but most don't condemn in either.

As for the football, it was gutting England never made it but i've quickly got over it. If it was a World Cup, that would be another story. I'm pretty confident though that urkey and Russia wont do a thing at Euro 2008. Although with the amount of poor sides at the competition, they might scrape through.

Ok, I have decided to edit this post because what I wrote is a waste of time for this guy.

If I am Turkoyhobic because I think Greece had an excellent footballing team at euro 2004, better than the current Turkey one, then fine, whatever you want, but it does not make sense at all.
And if I am Islamphobic because I disagree with a prison sentence given for an unjust reason in an Islamic country, then fine. Please yourself. I have no problem with what you think.
