What’s the difference between no narration and instrumental?

Well I had to make a decision - I went for the Blu Ray audio - hoping I can rip the audio from that!! Also got the ltd green and orange vinyl! Woohoo!!

I had similar thoughts - a google search suggests maybe yes but I've never bought a bluray audio before. I'd just be playing through my TV so not sure about it as a format.

I hope there might just be digital downloads available to purchase.

There is a digital version on iTunes but it doesn’t have the ‘No Narration’ version so I think I made the right decision to get the Blu Ray - I just hope I can access the audio from it! I don’t have a Blu Ray player - only a Blu Ray drive!
