I see that Warner have now recognised that their EU store has issues for those trying to order..

Just got an email from Warners stating that they're aware of the issues with people from the EU ordering from the store so they've temporarily removed the White Vinyl and Cassette versions from the store until the issues are resolved so as to give everyone an equal chance to order them. So good-ish news at least.

The first question that comes to mind is ”Will we get an e-mail when stock is up for sale again”. Why is communication So Hard these days?

Fortunately I wasn’t affected, but it’s inexcusable really. Online stores are over a quarter of a century old now. If you don’t have the chops to make it work, just use Shopify. This is a solved problem.

It only seems to be since Warners took over the merch side. I had issues trying to order a Unity Tour shirt and Annually, but both orders eventually went through. Obviously, still haven't been able to order a Smash bundle yet.

But the issue at the moment really feels like there's some kind of geographical lock on orders that's been put in place for some reason.

What a shame for an e-shop to be unable in 2023 to fix international payment issues.

I purchased the white vinyl set on the day it became available and my account was debited immediately, but I have also been sent this announcement via email. Do I need to re-order or as I have not been refunded just assume my order is "safe?".

Same here. I’ve got an order number and it appears in my Order History so I assume it’s ok!

The message states "once the issue is sorted, we will put the REMAINING stock back up for sale".

I can only assume from this statement that anyone who has already purchased the white vinyl set, received order confirmation and had the amount taken from their accounts without a refund will not have to re-order...

It’s another missed opportunity for inclusion of how can you expect to taken seriously? It’s one of their best 7” remixes and as it cant be on further listening due to being remixed by brothers in rhythm Smash would be the ideal place to have it , as it was a double A side ..

I Wouldn't Normally Do This Kind Of Thing (7" Mix) was on Further Listening despite being remixed by The Beatmasters, so Seriously? could have been too. The Boys just didn't want it.

But it was a single version, and all single versions( If they are different ) are included on Further Listening editions. But no 12” remixes appear, and that was the rule.

Yeah, it’s a shame. They did state in a later press release that the one getting the most airplay from a double a-side release, was the one that would appear on Smash.
