Blimey. Not this dredged up again. Stevie Wonder can see it isn't Chris. Granted, the baggy double stone wash denim was very much of that era and a satorial favourite of Chris at that time which gives this fella a passing resemblance, but that is all.

I’ve no idea whether it’s Chris or not, but the flick back of the head did remind me of Chris’s dancing in the ‘Domino Dancing’ video.

I don't think it's him... in some frames he looks more like Ant of Ant and Dec than Chris...
