I'm on the fence. I don't really have 600 quid spare right now to just drop but it might be nice to have.

Anyone suggesting the price is steep clearly doesn't understand the prices for china pottery. It's probably about right.
I agree the price may be right for this particular product, however my hunch is that the majority of fans would prefer a comprehensive box set release of all the singles, b sides, 12" remixes and unreleased mixes instead of a cup and saucer.. But again, I could be wrong. Who knows?, that may well be forthcoming too...

More interested in the instrumental version of Dreaming Of The Queen
Now I’d pay for a box set of Instrumentals

I’d drink tea to that

Maybe this sort of product can help Neil and Chris fund other projects without the constant need for them to tour.

"I would never have expected that" ... is classic PSB.

Not in my price bracket, but so English it hurts! Need to get Alan Bennett to voice an ad.

(You only tell me you love tea when you're drunk).

Best all potential buyers in the UK wait until after the Budget before they splash out 🤣

I don’t drink tea and even if I did I doubt I’d spend this much, but I am intrigued to see what the rest of the range brings.

Yes, and a nice blanket for putting over your knees.

I can see the conversation now...

Chris - "Neil, did you know we have a small, core group of fans that pay ludicrous amounts of money for some of our records, demos, prints, Anything basically...?
Neil -" Seriously? Anything? I don't believe you.
Chris - "How much do you want to bet......"
Neil - "I'll give you my signed Hockney if you get them to buy something trivial and frivolous, the more obscenely priced the better... ."
Chris - "Game on..."

If a dressing gown is not part of this new range, I’ll be very disappointed (once more).

Many thanks for the laughs!   I for one will not be buying the tea set. My Mum and myself are very clumsy (it will end up in bits) and it is not my cup of tea anyway. Long handled plastic cups are enough for us. lol...
