Funny, because I had completely forgotten about the "betamax" thread, which If I recall (and I cant be arsed to look back) was a genuine question and I actually found some posts in that thread quite humourous but I was asking a serious question.

The problem with the internet, e-mails and forums is that the tone of someones voice does not come across in text form. So something that someone finds funny may come across as offensive or childish to others.

WeirdAlFan posed a simple question. The only person who failed to answer in a sensible manner was you. Sure, if you want to try and be funny in a post, then a simple :wink: or :D shows that that is what you are trying to do, otherwise it comes across as a serious answer and how can we differentiate between a serious Zeus post and a comical Zeus post.

Of course, Im not telling you what you can and cant do. You wouldnt listen for a start!

As for growing up, I did that a long long time ago in a time in my life I most needed to. One hops you never get to that stage because, believe me, it wasnt nice, but thats a completely different story and one that will not be told here.

I've been humoursly refering to the BP O.S.T as Pokemon for months, so it's pretty obvious that it was a joke. Secondly, my post didn't distract the thread from its original topic. However, your not particularly friendly advice that I should grow up and whoever that newbie is did...

I don't feel obligated to add smileys here and there. If people get when I'm joking and when I'm not, it's up to them. The real problem about internet fora etc. is that inevitably, people have to mingle with people they would never mingle with in real life.

Betamax thread, you did infact semi-moan about the exact same reason and StevePSB intinuated that you complained to him about it. Your comment here just seemed rather familiar.

I don't know anything about you or your life and you don't know anything about me or mine. So, refrain for making assumptions about mine as I have never made any about yours.

With the exception of "'Comrades!'", "Men and maggots", "No time for tears" and "After all", the rest of the soundtrack is a blur, so I can't really say what my favourites are. I know that I quite one of the tracks near the end. :lol:

I like Zeus sense of humour, personally, and always get the jokes. They are generally fairly obvious, though some people get really prissy about anyone who dares to take the piss. Well, thats their problem.
