It could be if we think that EMI stopped the release of the single that could sign the come back of PSB in the UK top5 (Sodom)...

TSAGS may be a good track and a fan favourite, but I feel it would have been treated as a joke by the uneducated and would not have charted well. A great shame, IMO.

They obviously prefer people to spend Ł9.99 on the album than Ł0.79 on the single download...

Let's face it: it was always the PSB plan. I said long ago I was wondering why there was not remixers involved, so we should know eariler. So it points they were never meant to release Integral as a single.

The lack of news on OS meant that nothing was being done for Disco 4, so it means there was no new material or new remixes on there.

It was PSB plan, independent of EMI / Parlophone situation. Anyway EMI might've loved the fact it was a no money spent release.

I just returned from a net-free trip and saw the news and read most of the complaining.

What is the news of a US release?

I have often wondered, especially with the climate of high profile producers working with individual artists (and being credited on the bill), at least in the US, why the PSBs haven't tried to get in on it. This could raise their profile, especially if fans of the other artists know about the release. It's almost like it's an EP supporting Integral, right? That is, of course, if those fans haven't already bought the original source material.

I was with some family recently eating at (I'll admit it) a Planet Hollywood here in the US. Aside from the music playing an Electronic song (the first track on the first album, I forget the title), which was strange, I noticed on the big screens around me that the music videos that were playing all said "promo only" where the album title was. This seems to be the direction the music business is going in, whether we like it or not.

I think it's always good to have more PSB product. If it's released in the US I'll buy it and probably by some as gifts for friends, as I typically do with PSB releases...

Me also returned from a 2 weeks net free trip and read through 21 pages of moaning fans. Me also is a little disapointed wit the tracklisting but we been talking about a collaboration album here for years and now finnely this is coming through.

Yes "just" 8 tracks is too little
Yes most of us have all these mixes

But let's not forget that the boys have been very productive this past era. We got an album, a bonus disc with remixes, 3 singles with new b-sides, a concert album, a single with Robbie Williams, a concert DVD so why all this complaining?

D4 is a nice album not great but nice, and yes there are a few things missing, but perhaps it's not aimed at us die hard fans. I'm really looking forward to the Integral remix as I always liked the PSB mixes of their own tracks very much (I don't know what you want but I can't give it any more, Here, I'm with stupid).

Now what really would have made this album great for me and perhaps it's a missed opportunity, perhaps it wasn't possible or no one thought of it, would have been a PSB mix of "She's Madonna" with Robbie Williams. I don't care how they would have called it (PSB maximum Maddie mix or whatever) but that would have been just ace.

Someone is paying attention. Image

Just returned from holiday too, I had checked the net quickly at a freinds while on holiday and although my initial reaction was of disapointment (I like most fans it seems would rather have new songs or remixes) but there is obviously nothing new they wanted to release so I look at this as simply as a compilation type release which is better than nothing at all. Quite a good idea as not everybody has their non psb remixes. I can't see it doing that well in the charts but I will be buying it as most people will still be I would guess.
Better this release than nothing at all surely?

For me it's a rather interesting release as such, I've heard the remixes for "Sorry" and "Mein Teil" and I quite like them. I have nothing against Disco 4 in itself, it's just that I'm so disappointed that 'Integral' is not going to be a single!! :?
