Going back to Very. People sometimes talk about how many singles there are from each Album 2, 3 sometimes 4 or even 5 with Very. Well 'Young Offender' was a B-side on CD2 of Liberation (so that makes 6 sort of) it was a remix extended & all that (a very good one, one of my Favs) & with Dreaming of the Queen on Concrete Very still lives today.[/b]

I like every PSB album and honestly think that whilst some are better than others they are all actually very good indeed (even Release!). However, in order of favourites they are:

1. Behaviour
2. Very
3. Actually
4. Nightlife
5. Fundamental
6. Introspective
7. Bilingual
8. Please
9. Release

What has suprised me over the years is how much Nightlife has grown on me (i thought it was weak when it first came out), how i have gone off Bilingual (i *loved* when it first came out and thought it was one of their best) and how i have never really taken to Release.

Oh, and Fundamental is riding quite high and almost rivals Nightlife which I wouldn't have expected!
I'm always waiting...

ACTUALLY by far
Please-Introspective tie-in
Bilingual

Actually may be among my top three album ever...I am simply in love with it... and how I miss those days...
The CELL by Stephen King instantly hit number 1 in New York Times Bookseller Lists selling well over 200 thousand copies in three weeks. This affirms my opinion: People really need an occassional good horror read...

That confused me now... you got me lost there  :?:
One Thing Leads To Another - Backwards
I think we've had it many times before, but to make sense as a story, it would be something like:

You've got a job, you like the job
Then your lover says she's moving out and moving back in with her mother

The house is colder, you're feeling older
And life's tougher
You're in such a mess you couldn't care less
About the job you've got
'Cause you care such a lot
about the lover you lost
And the job begins to suffer

You're so depressed, you fail your test
You're boss gets pissed about the deadlines missed
You think: "Get this pressure off my back"
When you turn up late, you get the sack
What's going on tonight? You think you might discover
So you pour a drink and start to think about another

So you think you might need a lover
To replace the other who just rediscovered her mother
Someone stares at you, the propagator has potential
So you dance together like you could dance forever
Drinks are poured
She says: "My place or yours?"
You'll make love to her, she says sure you can
but when you get down to it, she's a man

So you drive back home, confused and alone
You go too fast but you're not careful
Policemen flash, they want credentials
You've gone too far, you crash the car
In the dark you slip into a coma
You wonder why your life passes before you
Then the doctor says it's too late
They close your eyes
It was a cough that carried him off. It was a coffin they carried him off in.

I still remember when I found out about One Thing Leads To Another: on my way to school in the train near Middelburg, listening to Very Relentless on my walkman..

My favourite albums:
1. Very
2. Behaviour
3. Nightlife
4. Fundamental
5. Actually
6. Bilingual
7. Release
8. Please
9. Introspective

And I LOVE Introspective, so that tells it's very difficult to compile such a list.
Maximum love in a minimal world

All they're albums are great...obviously, but Nightlife is my least favourite.

....oh and by chance I am listening to Relentless as I type. BLISS. :)

I know Behaviour is like the "sacred masterpiece", but Being Boring is soooo boring, "and we were never being boring....", yeah right Neil. What's funny, I know all the lyrics, guess all those nights trying to kill my insomnia paid off.

Release:B-day Boy, Samurai, Here, the videos were crap though...
