If Disco was ace...
And Disco 2 was pants...
And Disco 3 was ace...
And Disco 4 was pants...
... then if the trend continues we're due an ace one!
Disco 2 was actually a great idea IMO. The problem wad that Knuckles gave it to his 5 year old daughter to mix.
I'm always thinking of making one myself but mixing it properly.
What’s the point of D5 given that’s the “concept”? It’s totally unnecessary. I hope they ditch that idea. It’s so lazy. They should rather release another B-Sides compilation titled Below and let either An open mind or Decide promote it. Decide hasn’t even been released on CD so that’s quite fitting.

So Disco 5 is likely to be yet another album of remixes of other peoples work - a shame if so as we had this with Disco 4 and that was a bit meh.
Anyway, what would we expect to see on it? I would think at least:
Paul Weller - Cosmic Fringes
Noel Gallagher - Think of a number (there was a remix that was 'too PSB' for Noel so that might make an appearance)
Sleaford Mods - West End Girls
Must be some other stuff they've cooked up recently ...
There is their mix of Wolfgang Tillmans “Insanely Alive”

I'm not the biggest fan for remixes, but these remixes by the boys, cosmic fringes, think of a number, insanely alive and queen of ice were really good.

Don’t Tarnish knuckles with this! It was Danny Rampling!
Disco 4 is great, 2nd best Disco. I don’t get the hate at all. If Disco 5 is like 4, I'm happy. There's plenty of remixes they made which can put on the album. Especially some tracks which are not released yet.

Damn I screw it didn't I? Lost all my credibility..
I could only say that my accuracy as a commentator is only matched by Danny Rampling's ability to mix PSB's remixes.
Would love if they had kept the Furthermore tracks and Sense of time for a potential Disco 5. Mix those in with all of their recent remixes too.
Something like this;
Sense of time
Purple Zone (Extended Mix)
Heart (PSB New Version)
Queen Of Ice
Insanely Alive
Being Boring (PSB New Version)
Think Of A Number
Always On My Mind (PSB New Version)
Cosmic Fringes
West End Girls
It's A Sin (PSB New Version)
