Oh, you may be too young to remember these things......imagine a picture sandwiched between two pieces of poor quality clear vinyl......

Ahh...the old West End girls picture disc discussion. Brings back memories...
It was a cough that carried him off. It was a coffin they carried him off in.

I believe EMI intended to release a picture disc and gave it a catalogue number, but it in the end it was never actually released.

Hang on a minute...do you mean a picture disc where the whole disc is a picture or a label with a picture on. West end girls 10" is not actually a picture disc. There are versions of west end girls with bigger labels than normal but i have never heard of an actual picture disc. Please correct me if i'm wrong or if anyone agrees with me??

The item I'm interested in finding out more about is a 7" picture disc, NOT the 10", and not the 12s with picture labels...thanks for all your replies so far.

Can't believe I've never ventured onto the forum before. It's fascinating!

There is a 7" picture disc, but neither Chris or Neil has a copy. This information is published in Annually, published in 1988.

Whoops, I didn't check that - I'm surprised EIL haven't got it! We are bound to see it on there soon for a cool million!
