Le Sport: If Neil Tennant was my lover
The first album by the new Swedish band Le Sport (Euro Deluxe Dance Party") contains a song called 'If Neil Tennant was my lover'.
The album seems worth checking out too - very PSB/New Order-ish sounding

It was a cough that carried him off. It was a coffin they carried him off in.

The debut album from this great Swedish act is loaded with smart catchy poptunes in the Knife vein and will be put on April 5th. This band has definately the potential to be Sweden’s next big pop thing.

Euro Deluxe Dance Party
01. I do renounce them
02. It's not the end of the world
03. Chemical drugs
04. Your brother is my only hope
05. Show me your penis
06. If Neil Tennant was my lover
07. Think of you
08. Every lovesong
09. Tell no one about tonight
10. Love train
The first single from album and, as well, their debut single will be ''It's not the end of the world''.

wow thanks for the heads up joemoz went to the link and listened to the song "its not the end of the world" if the rest of the CD is like that they could be another band I could totally get into.LOVE the singers voice which is pretty important to me.
only slight critical thing, I guess not everyone is blessed to work with super producers like trevor horn but for me *some*of the music and vocal production sounded a bit shakey and home studio sounding but I'm going to buy it.
