I'm With Stupid in the shops.

Who's managed to get a copy? Which formats have you bought? Was the shop well stocked? Does the glossy finish to your 7" sleeve look a bit glazed? Did the shop staff say "good choice our kid"?

I've got mine, although I'm yet to find the 7". I like the b-sides (yes, I know that technically there is no 'b-side' on a CD).

I have to admit, I had some trouble finding it on the shelves, even though I knew exactly what the cover looked like. I had to get the chap behind the counter to help me. Nice guy, actually. They also played 'I'm With Stupid' while I was in there.

Other trivia:

I bought it in Virgin in Sutton.
I also bought the new Black Hear Procession album.
It took 25 minutes for the bus to come.
I'm not at work this week.
I had a triple pack sandwich from Morrisons. What a pikey, eh?

Did he commend your purchase and what filling did you have on your buttie?

My local record store had the single out at the weekend so got mine then. They're not stocking the 7" so will order that online. I'm underwhelmed by the b-sides I have to say. No mixes on iTunes yet :(

Oh now I see! I was searching under PSB and it's not listed on their page. Where is the Maxi-mix??

I think we'll see the rest of the mixes towards the end of the week, all part of the strategy.

I ordered the CDs and DVD on amazon.uk....I didn´t found the 7" there...:(
Tried HMV, but the shipping for this single item was over £18 (while the shipping from amazon was £3)...so I gave up...:(
This is not my signature.

Ordered them via the official site on Saturday. Suppose I'll see them tomorrow.

Just been & bought mine from HMV Oxford Street.
The single was on the two top shelves, LL Cool J to the right, Graham Coxon below.
There was a big chunk of 'I'm with stupid' not there, presumably purchased this morning, more than any of the other new releases.

It fely weird buying 2 discs with no remixes. Heard a snip of Abe Duque mix on itunes and it sounds wicked. Can't wait to buy that & hopefully more (when the f*** bank finally send me my new Switch! :x
I think we'll see the rest of the mixes towards the end of the week, all part of the strategy
Do you mean so that more folk buy it later in the week? Keep sales up?

I realised today how clever I was pre-ordering the singles from Amazon.co.uk, because here in Lund, Sweden singles, by anyone, are scarce. In the two (2) shops we have here, none had I'm with stupid.

Also, I biked downtown, thus avoiding the waiting-for-the-bus dance, but having to avoid people walking in the bike lanes.

Got mine today too! in download format from iTunes, Woolies (maxi mix) and CD/7" copies from Virgin in glamourous Leicester. I like the nice picture disc 7". Lovely.
