It's pretty poor. Hasn't it been banging around for a few years now? Pete Gleadall listed it on his website, iirc, a long time ago as something he'd worked on. (Not by name, it was just credited at an EJ / PSB collaboration -- at the time, speculation on the board was that it was a version of "Believe / Song for Guy.") Stuart Crichton's involvement might also suggest a 2003 provenance. Good thing they didn't opt to release this instead of "Miracles," if it really is from that era.
"Numb," on the other hand, might have fit well on PopArt. It's actually really good -- lyrics are soppy, sure, but Horn's production makes something sweeping out of the track. It coulda been a hit.
