But seeing it is not number 2 in any single country (or is it?), how can it be number 2 in Europe?

It is also 18th worldwide on the same chart but I just keep thinking of Shakira and her oral fixation for some reason.

Because the acts that are higher in the charts in an individual country are charting lower or not at all in other countries.

PSB have pan-continental appeal!
Love comes quickly, but is a catastrophe and a bourgeois construct etc.
