Girls don't cry & You only tell me you love me when you're drunk

Is it just me: Does the arrangement - the chord changes & orchestrations - in GDC sound eerily reminiscent of those in You .. Drunk ?
I like it here ~~ wherever it is ...

chords are exactly the same, i played it on my piano and checked 8)
try to sing Drunk chorus over Girls don't cry chorus and you'll see
Girls don't cry is much better, I think of it as an updated version of Drunk

I heard it was an update of drunk by someone on the forum before I heard girls dont cry and I was really excited to get another drunk but I was really dissapointed as it comes nowhere near the beauty and gloriousness that is drunk.

Not reminiscent of Drunk at all. Thankfully I must add as this one is *much* better than Drunk.

C'mon they are quite similar. I much prefer Drunk, though, but Girls Don't Cry is nice too.

Similar as Paninaro 95 and Liberation are (may be more).
You can find it at the beggining of Girls.

They're nothing alike. Whoever said you could sing one on top of the other is crazy.

I noticed that as well. I prefer the production of Girls Don't Cry though.
