US Dates: Which are GENERAL ADMISSION?
Do we know? I have no desire to go to a seated show. None. At all. Whatsoever.

Well, it depends on the venue. In Detroit where I live, PSB always play the State Theatre. At the State, mainfloor is general admin while mezzanine is seated, and balcony may be seated as well (I don't remember as it's been years since I visted the balcony). Your best bet is to pull up the venue plan on ticketmaster.com or call the venue itself and ask. Chances are that the ticketmaster helpline won't have a clue and just give bad information.
