Pet Shop Boys - BBC6 Music tonight

#1 Post by Electronic Dave »

Wow great interview with Tom Robinson...50 min special

Fugtive - no singe release but will appear as a 7 inch mix sometime

The boys choose different songs ranging from Nina Simone to Stevie Nicks

A bit of a chat about Umyx...plus a new unique mix of Minimal

I was surprised when Neil choose Boards of Canada - Trans Canada Highway was played which I absolutely adore :o Twosim will be happy :D

Anyone else listening?

Just listened to it. Loved that Chris´s remix.
Interviewer:
-What would you tell someone about yourself if you wanted to impress them?

Chris:
-I´ve got a 12-inch plonker.

Yeah, good interview. I love these longer more relaxed interviews, where the pressure isn't as great just to push the single or the album etc. How cool would it be to have About2 in the near future. Saying that, I'd also love a new Chris Heath book. 8)

Oooh, so was Dayvan Cowboy the song they played? I missed this though, so I listen again ;)

Do you get the feeling, that the PSB do look at this thread. Especailly about if, or not, fugtive is to be released?

It's grown on me a lot! Loving it more and more but I'm glad it's not going to be a single and we may get the 7" mix of it sometime. 8)

Don't mind that a 7" version has been edited but I'd rather it be a single.

Very good indeed. Sound as Electronic with guitars from Johnny Marr.
