I think promo's normally appear about a month before the release, so I would expect them next week or so.

Looks OK. The vague, blurred effect reminds me of the Flamboyant sleeve.

By the way: when someone is able to show the picture for the Numb promo, it also means that somebody owns it already. I'm curious to read (read: hear) what the new radio version sounds like. In what way was it edited, what extra production was added?

Looks a bit like Single-Bilingual cover. Is it real?
"I think it’s an amazingly good album, I’ve got to be honest with you. It’s one of the albums I feel most proud of. But for people who don’t really know us, and have a sort of an idea about us, ‘Electric’ is more what the Pet Shop Boys are meant to be."
(Neil Tennant, speaking about "Elysium" on the eve of "Electric" release.)

 An edit of only 3.27 minutes ?!?! - This means a very radical cut! The album version is 4.44 minutes or so. I wonder if the track was slightly sped up or so. Otherwise it would mean that parts of the vocals were cut, I think.
