As stated on the official PSB website (and also earlier in this forum):

"Next Monday, November 6th, Pet Shop Boys will be at Borders Union Square, 400 Post Street, San Francisco, from 6 pm to sign copies of Fundamental, the just-released-in-the-USA greatest hits CD, PopArt, and the new book, Catalogue."
