It isn't easy being Neil Tennant!

#1 Post by skorpion76 »

I have red that Neil is Catholic and went in a Catholic School as a child. If this is true I really can understand why he hated the school so really much. I mean, being Catholic and being gay at the same time! Thank you very much! Hello, what a beautiful combination! Wow! Poor Neil! It can't be easy being Neil Tennant. 8)

Makes you think... how many songs has Niel written which are directly/inderectly referencing his school days? This Must Be the Place I waited Years to Leave would be one of them...
Latest Remix: Domino Dancing ^^

I'm sure he's dealt with it. He's hardly a tough life.

Yes of course I am. He is my favorite of those two, but I can wriite about Neil too. Sometimes there are things to write about him too, so there! To be honest, Neil is nice, he looks good and sings like if he hasn't done anything else in his whole life, but when you starts to talk love and who are my favorite it's Chris. Neil isn't really my type.

Yeah, it is so sad when child discovers being gay. :( But Neil is nice. Although Chris is nicer.

Speaking from experience?...why would a child discovering that he/she is homosexual be any sadder than a child discovering that he/she is heterosexual?
Evertonians are born not manufactured.
We do not choose; we are chosen.
Those who understand need no explanation.
Those that don't understand don't matter.

Or discovering they have cancer/ no parents (fatal car crash)/ they can't walk/ they have an illness which whilst not killing them means they will have to take 15 pills every day for life and they can't do anything remotely strenuous because their heart will explode.

Being gay is not a big deal. Granted, Neil's youth was spent in less liberated times but this is the UK not Iran (where all the men bum each other anyway).

You forgot It´s a Sin.
Interviewer:
-What would you tell someone about yourself if you wanted to impress them?

Chris:
-I´ve got a 12-inch plonker.

That was SARCASTIC. Do I need to write it in capitals? Oh, I did anyway.

On serious note, someone talking about his repressed sexuality in the very early age, it makes me laugh. Sorry Neil and those who feel offended.
