Well, just to play the devils advocate,
this does seem to be a problem with the system, rather than lawyers.

I have a legal firm representing me in a sickness/insurance claim
and they are doing a great job. I can see the folk who are unrepresented
getting nothing.

Advice to my friends : don't see your self as a victim. Don't assume you
have no chance at compensation. As the song says, "Get a real good lawyer son".

Well, it proves that they couldn't give a rat's ass about the law itself; they're only in it for the money. But we knew that already, didn't we?

To be fair, they can't care that much about the law because it seems there isn't any laws in this Country anymore. Unless you do 73 mph on a motorway.

Unbelievable!!!

The Special Immigration Appeals Commission should all hang their heads in shame as they are making a mockery of this country. Protecting terrorists? Are they taking the piss!!
I bet these scum they released are laughing their heads off, all the way to their council houses that everybody else pays for.

If they are linked to any count of terrorism then the Immigration Appeals commission should be held responsible, simple as that. Maybe then they could close the bastards down.

Yes I am sure showing more hatred is the answer.

The very principle that we are fighting for is the right for our societies to
take the risk that evil people get better treatment than they deserve.

The logical conclusion of giving in to hatred, is that we become like them.

We have just had 11 years of a quasi fascist government, that handed over innocent
citizens of this country to be tortured by the CIA (by the Egyptians) before winding
up in Guantanamo for 5 years. All this was done just to get the ignorant racist working
class yobs to vote for the "conservative" government. And that is just one of many,
many, abuses of power.

If he is guilty, let him be found guilty in fair trial.

Cherish that your system, can make such decisions.

I think that all these fundamentalists should be made to live with a screaming pair of queens whilst they're in the country and BBC Three can make a series about it called Living with the enemy. Six-part series. Episode 3: At the gay club. I'd certainly watch it.

Well Gregf maybe if "They" are not here in the first place we would have no need to say the things we do. But then again what we are saying is not putting innocent lives at risk is it?
You speak of a fair trial, well with countless human rights organisations backing people like this there rarely is a fair trial. They have already been judged and found guilty anyway and if you think that by letting them lose it is a good thing then you must be nuts. But hey, maybe they will never be involved in anything again, so let's let them free and I tell you what, if they aren't, I'll buy you a coke. Murder is worth the risk isn't it?

whilst I largely agree with your argument I have to disagree on one fundamental point.
Racism isn't the sole preserve of the white working class. You should think about reading 'What's Left '? by Nick Cohen and The Likes of a Us, A History of the White Working Class for some intersesting thoughts on why the 'liberal' left discriminates against the working class more generally and the white working class more specifically.

we've seen and read enough horror storys on the news of how the system fails the regular people like us who play by the rules by continually looking on the brightside of the uncivilized manics who then go on to terrify us again and again and then to add insult to injury, we have to suffer thru notions like yours that we are somehow bigoted for feeling that way.

So you wouldn't mind this scruffy scum living on your doorstep then. Let's see if you would feel the same if these maniacs walked into your shopping mall and blew up a load of men, women and children.

On a ligher note ;-

I was sat in the airport the other day and one of these lunatics come in shouting ''allah, allah, allah, allah have a packet of crisps and in pint please.'' The stuttering fcuker.
