I'm amazed that the 'escort' met George the first time around let alone actually agreed to meet him for a second time.

Will anyone else be able to fit in the shower with him is, perhaps, a more pertinent question. Talk about bloated; he ought to be worried about stray harpoons.

Those pics of him were just wrong. Surely he had been hairbrushed but in a negative way. How come he's ended up like that?

Was it Mr O'Dowd that had to do community service in America?

Yeah, he did, was a good sport about it. NYC likes eccentric celebrities. But he's your problem now, jeezus what a tawdry f***-up. Thanks for the imagery D, but I think he'd still have to pay them.

on the offical site, neil says he's shocked boy george is going to jail and thinks the sentence is too harsh.heres an account of what happened.

"The court was told that weeks later O'Dowd invited the Norwegian back to his flat and it was then that he, with the help of a second man, chained Mr Carlsen to his bed and beat him. "

I seriously wonder about people who honestly think stuff like this is worth a slap on the wrist.could any rational person imagine neil being shocked for just some guy who wasnt boy george? I cant. this endless out pouring of grief for these wack job celebritys has to end.at least george michael is a harmless goofball.

Well, Neil's got a point. 15 months and all he did was chain a rent boy to a radiator.

I think Neil should stay well out of this. I wouldn't want to immerse myself in the mire that is the seedy world of Mr O'Dowd and it makes it look like Neil is of the viewpoint that false imprisonment and beating someone is something that you should get a telling off for.

Anyway, he'll get out before the end of the year, I'd wager.

Who drives and crashes his car whilst pissed / out of his head on drugs. That's potentially far from harmless.

So speaks a man who condones the massacre of over a thousand human beings in Gaza. I agree, Boy George should be hanged.

He dished out a few beatings with a chain, didn't he? Probably give him a few doughboys around the head as well.

Doubt he got 15 months for the beatings. Probably bacause of the imprisonment.

Maybe O'Dowd wanted to go back on the bins, like he did in America but it went to far. It wont be long before he's on I'm a Celebrity and re-releasing songs again.

He's always been a likeable bloke though. Some celebrities are tossers who you can have no sympathy for but George is a character. he just needs to get a grip.

Still the escort did meet up with him a second time even when George was already displaying bizarre behaviour. And he sold his story to the leeches for it.

Anyway, I agree with Neil. 15 months is bonkers, but George probably got that senetence because of his previous offenses as well. If he'd have had more cash or not been as homosexual he could have hired a decent lawyer to get the sentence reduced. Yeah he should be out by summer. Book out for Christmas.
