Anyone make their own music?

Only in my fantasies, I'm afraid.

But, one day, I'll fullfill my childhood dream and learn how to play the drums. Then I just have to find a guitarrist, a bass player, a singer and a keyboard player, and my band is complete! Ha! We'll take over the world, I tell you

I make music.

I sing with an a 5 part cappella harmony group.

I make electronic music using a program called MadTrakker and use Sound Forge for production.

I also write music and have friends who play instruments or I program using Madtrakker again and then add vocals.

The a cappella group is my main point of focus, then the instrumental stuff, and I only dabble in working with friends and stuff these days...

I used to and it was lots of fun, we had to sing back to back because if we saw our faces singing we´d start to laugh a lot. I still laugh remembering it!

I started playing accoustic guitar when I was about 16. A couple years of later I started a rock band in which I initially played rhythm guitar and sang backing vocals. Soon, I was lead singer, and someone else more talented took over playing rhythm guitars. I played with this band in different formations for about 4 years. We played live quite a lot and were actually a pretty decent live band. I quit the band over "muscial differences" - the other guys wanted to play funk, which I hate.
I then started an electronic outfit with a friend, in which I played the keyboards and sang, and he did sampling (mostly beats).
These days, I sing and write songs in the band Blue Swan which some of you know.

I used to write songs with a friend of mine some years back - I suppose it would be more accurate to say that she came up with the ideas, and I did the inspiration/programming/production (all in my bedroom, using Cakewalk on my computer and my Roland XP10 of course!) and wrote some lyrics. Some of our songs were OK (Smile, 'I can't live' and our Can you forgive her?-inspired smash 'Tell everybody'), but to be honest I stopped believing that we would become really good - then I moved to another city so it just sort of faded out. My musical career has been somewhat hindered by the fact that I have never learned to play the piano (or any other instrument for that matter)

I guess I never wanted it badly enough - I'm a consumer, not a producer of music.

Anyway, my little brother is of course the creative musical genius in the family - anyone who's heard such classics as 'Blessed to be near you' or 'Zaphod' will testify to that. Should they ever be released, I'm sure the rest of the world will be humming along...His Prodigy-ish remix of 'Tell everybody' is also, well, interesting

I dont do music but I help to my friend Just luis,when he do something new he send to me to listen and then he changes the song if I dont like something.Here is his site:

he is not a dj he is a singer,he alone make her won music and the songs..you will listen the songs in the section audio.

he had an album and now he will have a single in the next months

But Blue Swan have only existed for a little over 4 years. I started producing and composing music in 1989, but it was crap in the beginning. I had a record deal of sorts in the mid-nineties, but nothing ever materialized. It was actually only after I met Henrik (Lush) that I started doing the kind of music that I really love: electronic pop. Not that I didn't like the music I did before, I'm just more passionate about the music I do now.
