Boo hoo whatever!
Three Pet Shop Boys fans from London met in the cafe where the electronics shop used to be where Neil and Chris met. Inspired they decided to form a band. That band is Hyrax City and the single is Boo hoo Whatever!

Lol, since when did we agree Hyrax City was the name of our band?
My friend wrote the lyrics for this song (which are entirely fictional, by the way). Paul (transforce) wrote the music and I'm singing.
This is just the demo, I'm currently mixing it to get it sounding a bit more professional but I'm a bit slow at these things. I hope people like it, anyway!
It's quite a simple break-up type pop song, really but I think it works quite well and has a great tune. Paul and Julie did a really good job!

Oops, yes we don't officially have a name yet, Hyrax City is one of several on the list (sorry Ellie).

I suppose, ideally I would like to create music with its own identity but that seems like a good place to start. I was purposefully trying to do it in a posh kind of accent because I think it sounds more individual (and all my favourite vocalists sound like that )-

Have you sent it to N&C? I think Chris in particular would love it, especially the lyrics.
If I was to offer some constructive criticism I would actually remove the spoken bit, but I see you love that bit so what do I know?!

Yes a Pet Shop Boys remix is in the works... I WISH! Very glad you liked it. At the moment it is being tweaked. We are hoping to get it out in time for Christmas/early new Year.
