iPhone 6 case purchased last year has broken, front edge has cracked off, contacted the store to see what they can do and now waiting a response.
Has anyone else had any need to contact and was there a good resolution?

Just been told I've had it 6 months so no replacement!!
Be very wary when purchasing as it seems their is no guarantee on the product sold.
Update- forwarded my query onto PSB management and after a review they have agreed the 6 month rule is more towards clothing, so replacement is on its way.

Good for you RMC. 
If you buy anything like that you should have 1 year guarantee.
