Might be a good indicator for the upcoming album title; 'Downsize'.....'Liquidate".....'Assets'.....each of which also nicely links to some gay innuendo ; )

I remember a grand piano from interior shots of his house in the north. He sold the house not long ago, so it's probably this piano.
