Mystery Collaboration 1993

I remember watching this interview when it first aired in 1993, and have always wondered who was the mystery collaboration they had in the pipeline, and what came of it. Does anyone have any details that I may of missed over the years, or have I overlooked something really obvious.

Infos from the Interview:
* there is one artist "in the pipeline"
* it's a male artist
* he's very very famous

Could be David Bowie - Hallo Spaceboy

I think Bowie suggested they Remix Hallo Spaceboy, when they met him backstage at a concert, and Neil told him how much he liked the song from his latest album Outside. Outside was released in 1995

I would have said Ian Wright, although he's not really an artist as such

Surely not "an artist" or "very very famous"?

He is male. ;)

Could be. I can see Elton getting in touch with everyone he likes, suggesting a collaboration

It was Michael Jackson. Heard about a collaboration at the Time on BFBS Radio and later never again
