I suspect the Greatest Hits Live theme will lend itself to the staging , costumes and effects so that the show is a mash up of all their previous tours. Hyde Park was likely a preview of what to expect, they incorporated the animal head dancers from the Electric tour. Maybe we will a return of pig heads and bowler hats?

Tickets say plus special guests... so I’m going to Manchester and the following night the killers are on, maybe a Brandon duet? Who does everyone see as guests, we can expect someone to perform What have I, do you think the guests will be during the main set or as a warm up.

I wonder if the set list will change slightly in different territories. Singles that were bigger in Germany than the UK for example.

Same setlist at festivals? They are now playing Glastonbury according to the Glastonbury twitter feed.

Yeah sounds like a Best Of Bowie situation. That compilation had different track listings all over the world, with a little flag and everything. I remember for some reason about 6 years ago when The Next Day was new, supermarkets were selling Best of Bowie, but not the International Edition the UK originally got, but the Swedish Edition which only had one disc. Later on I recall seeing the Italian Edition.

I don't believe they would go for a mash up. Hyde Park was a reflection of what has just been, not a preview of what is to come.

This tour should give them more money to spend on the staging, not less, so hopefully we can look forward to some innovative and spectacular new ideas. Fingers crossed.

Me too. This is going to be my first time to see them live. :)
