if I had to guess, I'd say the PSB and Trevor had a falling out and the way he is acting is the end result of it. when I read him imply he wasnt aware of what the PSB was up to I thought its kind of like purposely pretending to forget someone's name on purpose simply to get a dig in.
Oh have Ned and Collin got a new album out?..I had no idea...

I can’t see how they’ve had a falling out. Neil & Chris appeared and performed at the concert organised by Trevor at the Roundhouse theatre in March this year where he also sang backing vocals for them.

The idea that Trevor has fallen out with Neil and Chris just because he's not been following their career as closely as us fans is frankly ridiculous. I should imagine he's extremely busy.

This interview from earlier in the year, pretty much confirms there’s been no falling out. 30 mins in, he talks about the boys. Also if i remember rightly, when he was on the Radio 1 review show, he had nothing but good things to say about them. He just doesn’t follow their career religiously like us fans.

That's why the big music company effect like parlophone are so good. They make the music better. Happened with Infected Mushroom and now the PSB. They shouldn't have independant control. It makes their music smaller.

I’m no expert at all but this pm I listened to the instrumental Elysium songs and they sounded incredibly rich.

Perhaps now the boys don’t have the backing of Parlophone, they have to economise a bit.

Also, by having such dud mastering now, gives multiple opportunities in the future for re-mastering the tracks and asking us to re-dip our hands in to our pockets to buy the tracks again in the future.

Just saying

I love the instrumental version of Elysium. Really beautiful particularly Your early stuff. I believe the album itself will be positively reappraised in years to come. It's beautiful. Leaving is one of their all time classics and Hold on is extraordinarily underrated.

Elysium is beautifully produced.. always liked it.. I love it when the boys do downbeat.. it's the behaviour of this decade so far!

Stuart Price's production has been top draw! Electric and Super have been a breath of fresh air.. looking forward to the third instalment!
