There are so much metal bands that covered the song (gwar, korn singer, ghost, rasmus, gamma ray, graveworm, etc etc).

I think Geowayne has mentioned it's almost a cliché now. I admit I usually give listens to new versions of Its a Sin a miss nowadays - it's become a tired old trope to cover it this way. I'd sooner listen to the swing version.
