Neil confirmed (hopefully he was serious) in the livestream on 22nd of April that A New Bohemia is the 3rd single from Nonetheless.

He also said that "A New Bohemia" is his favourite on the album.

I'm looking forward to mixes and b-sides.

May 3rd is only the physical CD release which is commercially irrelevant. The digital single is out since April 3rd. I think we will get the third single in mid/end May (digital) and in mid/end June (CD).
