Ordered my copies from the UK official store yesterday, and received a shipping notification today, then cancelled my Amazon UK pre-order.

My official store order, placed on Tuesday, arrived today.

The question I now need to consider, not only for my 'B-sides' digital playlist, but also for any future PSB-release B-sides compilation, is should 'Schlager-Hitparade (Deutsches Demo)' be included?

Does it count as an alternative recording of an album track - such as 'Violence (Hacienda Version)' - and is therefore included, or more like a bonus remix of an album track - like 'I Want To Wake Up (1993 Remix) - and excluded?

Personally I would count the Chris version of “Schlager…” as an alternative recording, thus as a b-side because it is distinctly different to the album version and clearly not a remix.

I reckon it’s one for Nonetheless Further Listening rather than “Alternative 3”, but we all know that only Neil truly knows.
Woof.

1. No one else who has ordered from Amazon UK has had their copies despatched either.
2. Juno UK is a good alternative.
3. The Official Store was actually a great option this time around, but has now sold out.
Depends on where you are. The OS has ridiculous shipping cost for Europe (for Feel € 13.04 to be exact, for an €8.99 item) and has had serious issues with custom clearance and double VAT in the past. Amazon UK is no longer an option for the continentals, as the shipping cost to the EU have increased from previously £2.79 to £10.49 + £0.99 per kg...

Juno is great indeed for these individual CD singles and the item price is decent, but they add the full shipping cost for each additional disc [not item!] i.e. a 3CD is 3x the shipping cost of a single CD, so combining with other items makes shipping more expensive than most other stores. Never had issues with customs though, other than the usual 3-4 day delay for the clearance.

JPC.de is a good alternative if you're in the EU and you wait for one of the many 'free shipping' weeks. Price for 'Feel' was almost similar to Juno but JPC ships from Germany, so no delays in EU border customs.

Actually my local record store also has Feel available for €14.99, but they are always late with listing these CD singles: https://www.kroese-online.nl/artikel/45 ... _Boys/Feel

Giving the CD single tracks a proper listen, having only streamed them once before. Just realised 'Feel (Radio Edit)' is missing the final verse that appears on the superior album version.

Well Jpc.de isn' t really a good alternative. You have to wait. They told me today:"We remind our supplier weekly, but so far without success. Please decide for yourself whether you want to wait for delivery or cancel your order."
So, I'm always waiting, waiting. ....
Update 5/10: They informed me that the Single is on the way....

The kroese-online link of my local record store also lists a 30-50 day delivery time...working days no less

So I guess there are issues with the availability of this CDS that affect multiple sellers. Maybe they are printing a second run?

I'd love to buy a Feel CD but I have a problem with paying $30 to ship a single CD from the UK store. I wouldn't feel so bad if there was something else to get with it but I've bought just about everything I care to buy from there for now.

Were they EVER for sale in the US store? It's said Sold Out for as long as I remember.

Seems odd that it hasn't charted in the UK physical chart, while other singles from Nonetheless are still in the chart!

Yeah there's something weird going on here - every other Nonetheless single has gone somewhere near the top of the physical and sales charts (a couple of thousand is apparently enough to do this) but this one hasn't charted at all even though it's almost certainly sold a similar number of copies to the same people. A problem with the returns from the official store, maybe, if that's where most Brits bought it? The numbers required to get into the bottom half of those charts must be pretty tiny so I don't think it's plausible that they just didn't sell enough!
I must disengage your recreational music.

Could it be to do with the delay from Amazon?
