It’s Neil. It must be audio from the very beginning of the master tapes of the original recordings. Lemon Jelly just dug it out and used it. He says:

*clears throat*
“Ok”
“It needs to be louder in my headphones”
“That’s good”
“Keep going there please”
“Ok”

At the end he says:

“Ok, again”
