I've bumped into the occasional Youtube clip: they hand out awards followed by neverending applause and shouting. Once Psb play their greatest hits they wont have to fake it anymore.

~9:00 PM local Chile time (CLST/GMT-3). Performance can last as long as 2 hours.
It can be streamed via Billboard and Billboard Español sites (US only?), possibly also Billboard's YouTube channel. Viewers in South and Latin America can stream via Disney+, and elsewhere thru use of a VPN.
Colombian group Bomba Estéreo close out the evening.
