I've not had a tattoo done but from what people have told me, unless you have no feeling in the area being inked, you wouldn't fall asleep whilst it was being done.
So unless she was actually drugged, I would agree with glennjridge and say it's buyer's remorse.

Hm... It says "the teenager complained to the UK Sun". Yes, that's always the first tabloid you want to tell all the bad things. The photo might as well be Photoshopped. And do tattoos look that clear right after being tattoed?

Miss 56 Stars on face tattoo lady is a liar, apparently.
The real story is that Kimberly, 18, asked for all 56 tattoos and was awake for the whole procedure. But her dad was furious when he saw the tattoos, so she freaked out and blamed the tattoo artist.
Below is a pic of her and the artist. The is no f*** way I would be falling asleep if he was anywhere near me with a needle!!
