- only members of EMI/Parlophone have access to the new single over their internal radio - so that guy from Popjustice did!
- PSB will put out a snippet of the new single in the new year!

Peter Robinson - Mr Popjustice - also writes for the NME and is presumably rather well connected. He may also have heard the track directly through Neil and Chris themselves as they do seem to be acquainted.

Now the New Year is kicking in to life, when do we think we may hear Love Etc? Officially?
If its due out March 16th (on CD), perhaps March 2nd as a digital release? maybe we can expect Sir Ken Bruce to give it its first official radio spin the week of January 26th? That's really not very long to wait.

I'm on holiday next week and offline and I really assume, they will put out the file (or at least a snippet) on the OS then...

I'm not bothered about a teasing, snippet, preview, officially on the OS, or illegally leaked somewhere. I just want to hear the song, in full, on the radio so i can make up my own mind.
All the teaser business and the comments on PJ and elsewhere from those insiders who claim to have heard it are annoying and cluttering up my head.
This was posted on Youtube. Real or fake?
It shure sounds very PSB, but why no vocals?

I dont mind giving in to leaks but I feel bad giving in to hear snippets of the songs. they always seem to pick the most inconsequential part of the song.

It is, by my reckoning, 118-120bpm. PJ said Love etc. is 128bpm.
It's also a crock of shit.

That's the same clip that's been doing the rounds for ages and which Satanas claimed was the new single. It sounds more like The Loving Kind.

I came across that while ago on one of the p2p sites but never mentioned it cause I thought it sounded a bit too bland to be even the backing track of the new single.

Every time a new PSB song is released some t*** makes an instrumental and claims it is PSB. This is exactly the case here.
Several songs from the Fundamental album were 'leaked', all were homemade instrumentals. This is not it.

Yes, this is usually true. However, in the case of Fundamental, the leak of the instrumental version of "Psychological" turned out to be real (much to my surprise).

Oh yeah, I should add, that I don't think the so-called leak of the "Love Etc" demo is real.

I could be wrong, but I thought that psycological instrumental was released on record or something as an instrumental on purpose by the PSB early on and thus came with the stamp of authenticity.
