the 10,000 were done by me! It was a usual pressing count in the last years! 1,000 NOW means also, that some of the people, who want a copy, wouldn't get one! It isn't enough for all, but enough to get this item into the Top300 list of rare PSB items.

Can I ask how one knows the record is available ?

Will it be in The Pet Store or ... ?

I assume by 'one' you mean how will you know when it is available?

As I said, I have no further info on price or availability, but I will post it up as soon as I know more. I don't know who will stock it, but it'd be nice if we could reward What Records with our orders once it is available for his big part in making this happen.

Watch it not happen now, just to make me look stupid!

Just out of curiosity, what is it What Records? I mean, it's not very usual for EMI/Parlo to have their albums released on various labels in the same country, or? (But I know nothing on this business, so...)

Because the release of Yes on vinyl will be limited to 1000 copies, the chances of getting a copy when it is released are going to be very slim as it is likely they will all be bought up by dealers to cover customer pre-orders.

What Records has set up a pre-order page for the vinyl release so that all those here who want a copy can get hold of one.

You can reserve a copy with a £2.00 deposit on the What Records website. The £2.00 will come off the eventual price of the album itself when it is available. The deposit will be returned to anyone should they want to cancel the order at any point.

I obviously don't wish to force anyone to use this company, but as there is no-one else at the moment who even knows of the release, let alone has means of reserving a copy and the tiny run of 1000 copies means I would act now to ensure you do get the album.

I doubt they read it themselves, but someone close to the PSB camp will be keeping an eye on what's happening here, I'm sure.
