For some reason Tapatalk doesn't work with the forum anymore. It started two days ago I think. I don't think it has something to do with the phpbb update, since I read that post on the Tapatalk app. Now I try to refresh the forum and it just doesn't do anything.

Nope: Still on v2.3.0, no updates available

It’s down for me on Tapatalk too. This has happened before but I can’t remember the solution!

I logged out and tried to log in. I now get the cryptic error message: "Need not empty cmd!"
Updated my phone (I had some pending updates) but this didn't help.

Is anyone still using Tapatalk without problems?
I re-installed and now get a message telling me I should contact the sure administrator for a Code 5.

I can’t access via Tapatalk either. The problem in the past was that some forum certificate or something needed renewing. It used to happen annually. But this seems different. I have reinstalled but still the same issue, as described above. If anyone can help solve it it would be greatly appreciated.

Same here, all other forums (even the German Petheads.de, which is the very same installation) working for me.
- cleared the cache from the forum here
- disabled the Tapatalk extention
- cleared forum cache again
- enabled Tapatalk
- cleared cache again
...nothing...
Found a solutiion, that someone just cleared his cache (from his android app under Settings > Apps > Tapatalk) and it was working again.
Tried the same - no luck! ... "Need not empty cmd!"

The German site is also working for me on Tapatalk (not that I can understand German!)
Claude seems to think it is most likely a change in the PHP version for the site.

Can't be that easy... The German Petheads.de has the same php verion (8.4).
Changed now to 8.3 - same error!
Changed to 8.2 - same error!
Changed to 8.5.... same...

Still unable to use the forum with Tapatalk. Is this ever likely to be fixable?
