amazon.uk has now listed the second version of the Love, etc Single CD.
It is #6 in the amazon CD Singles charts at the moment.
The first version is at #2

According to the OS Love etc. is available on iTunes in the U.S. in two bundles. One includes the two b-sides. Unfortunately nothing about a cd single release.

That's because there really are no CD singles in the US. The current top selling pop CD single is a 2003 Coldplay release.
