Does anyone know how this chart is complied? The Guru Josh track at number two on the dance chart is at number six on the standard singles chart.

it is compiled basically by listing the fav dance tunes used by official clubs around the UK.

Does it really matter how they do the chart if it promotes the Pet Shop Boys one way or another all the better .

I got a copy of the 12" in HMV Oxford Street, they have the 7" but no CD single

Hats off to S T-W & our Boys for this accomplishment.
(I'm saying that but not enthusiastically, I'm sad to say)
As I've said before, this release just leaves me cold. I haven't heard the remixes - which I'm sure are what got this onto the BBC Dance charts - but I'm not hopeful.
However, I finally decided to take the plunge & buy the single.
Thankfully, Tower.com had it for sale @ $3.99.
