The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is one of my favourite books. I've got the second book, The Restaurant at the End of the Universe but haven't got round to reading it yet!

The Hit Factory by Mike Stock.
I'm not a huge S/A/W fan, but I like a few of their records (especially their early Hi-NRG stuff), and am interested enough in that period of British pop history to merit me picking this up when I saw it in a £2 book store. He's rather arrogant, and I think he has an overblown concept of S/A/W's significance, but I guess that's better than overbearing false modesty and it's an entertaining read.
