Just because he had a good season for Bayern, everyone thinks he's top class. He's shite. He can't run, can't jump and slashes at everything. Just a big lump.

Luca Toni made 50 goals in 78 games for US Palermo in the Serie A from 2003-2005.
After that he made 47 goals in 67 games for AC Florence in the Serie A (2005-2007) which is one of the best leagues in Europe.

After that he made 24 goals in 31 games in the German Bundesliga.

You are right - it must be this "one good season for Bayern" that makes him top class - I'm sorry.

I don't think that after watching todays game, Anelka & Toni wouldn't make my perfect XI.

You've got to have Tremadoc up front. He's certain to ram it home on a regular basis.

Both Russian goals were superb. The only way they will blow it now is if the Swedes stop being so f****** negative and put crosses in at the Russian weak link ;- the keeper.

Anelka the 2nd playing for Sweden. Does Ibrahimovic actually move?

The Swedes don't seem to know how to play the ball after a few passes so they give it away to the Russians to score

Apart from the Dutch, has anyone got a decent striker? Someone who doesn't need a dozen chances to score

I think we could score more, but... as always we can't hit gates.
Sweden played not very good.
Holland will be the hardest.

Arshavin came (he is from the city I live - Saint-Petersburg) and he scored.
Of course our team is very tired...
Few moments we had to score... I screamed very rude words at some of our players. If Swden let us play so free, we had to score.

Russian Keeper - Akinfeev is the youngest keeper on the Euro, he is probably about 19 or 20...

But Russia play with players from Moscow. How can they win? Only players from Saint Petersburg are good because they won the Uefa Cup against Europe's best 4th and 5th placed teams. It does not make sense. Must have been the Mafia again.

Oh well, Sweden does not care about football, they prefer pretty blonde girls and they won Gold in Ice Hockey at the last Olympic games. They don't care for anything else. Plus they have a population much much less than Russia. 2-0 is very bad from Russia. Should have been 10 but they keep on hitting the gates.... I actually thought that using gates was against the regulations but then everybody cheats against Russia.

I can be a t*** too you know parkol.

Congratulations to Russia! The best team won. Our team played really bad... :(

Forgot about David Villa (and Torres ) Just forgot about Spain in general :? Blame it on old age.

Anyway, watch Sky Sports News and look out for the cyclist who has a pretty awesome crash. Funniest thing i've seen in sport for ages.
