Agree it's hard to judge from a 30 second clip, however I have a feeling Dancing star's appeal may be a bit front-loaded - sweet and nostalgic on first listen but with diminishing returns. Happy to be proven wrong though.

Yes, if it was in the contract, but that was not always the case for all acts. Which is why if you read my post all the way through you would have seen that I said “Maybe the full single will be amazing when we hear it” - which obviously suggests I’ll be reserving proper judgement then. And fyi, being underwhelmed by a snippet of a song certainly doesn’t get me hyperventilating - that’s usually caused by people on their high horses assuming certain dispositions of other members of this forum. And for what it’s worth, your retort may very well not have been aimed at me but it’s certainly a childish response to someone who is continually bullied on here for having a particular taste in their music and having a limited English vocabulary.
